SO YEAH THIS IS UPDATE PLUS PLAN FOR TOMORROW.

My day today was... I finally got to sleep at about 7am, and I know I was awake at 8am (when Dad phoned) and 9am (when Dad got home), and I spent more than an hour just kind of dozing, pretending to sleep, and wincing whenever Dad cried out in pain, before 'getting up' about twenty minutes after he went to bed, around 11. And then spent all day going to a couple pharmacies and shopping for food. AND NOW I GET TO GO TO CHOIR.

... I think the next time my Dad goes to the hospital, I'm gonna go with him. Or meet him at the hospital. Seriously, what the fuck - first he was told by a nurse that "you can't be in that much pain", and then he sat in a room for four hours only to be looked at by the doctor for ten minutes and then sent home. Seriously, what the fuck, doctor. You barely looked at his chart, you didn't do any tests. You relied on his x-ray from last week before the most recent fall.

Just... there are so many things you did wrong.

Next time, I'm going to go, and I'm going to raise as much hell as I need to. Seriously, the least you could have done would be to GIVE him drugs instead of prescribing him them, which I need to go grab within the next half hour or so.

Graaaaaargh.

So I'm staying home for at least a few more days. =/ I wanna go back to York - I really want to go back to York, I've been looking forward to it since about Tuesday. But... I dunno. I realized last night, I guess, how much my family can depend on me in times like this? When Dad was sick, and Mom was sick from the anxiety+pills combo, it immediately went to me in charge, and... Stuart won't step up and take charge in a situation like this. He'll slip out as much as possible to try to avoid doing anything extra. =/

So today I went to go see The Spirit with Eric, so we could hang out again now that the holidays are pretty much over. It was... well, I wouldn't call it well-done by any means. It tried to be serious, but also comical, and there were no well-defined boundaries between the two, so things that should have been dramatic were just... what the hell. And then seriously, WHAT DECADE IS THIS THING SET IN. Most of it seems to be set in 50s Chicago, but then they have smartphones. o_o

OKAY SO THAT WAS ALREADY SAVED IN MY CLIENT. THIS IS THE REAL REASON. In the form of my convo with Carmen, though most if not all of these were /all messages.

SO YEAH. Tomorrow's gonna be a really long day.

Getting up at 5:30, out of the house by 6:45, at school by 7:30. Run from 7:30 to 8:20 for Dragonboat. Bus home, shower, get changed. Bus back to school in time for lunch, for lessons with Lauren. Third period, French test. Easy as shit. Fourth, likely-boring English class. Then I have Madrigal 'till 4:45, then hopefully I get a ride home from Jen DeWolfe, getting home around 5, otherwise I get to bus home, getting home around 5:15 -- I'M TAKING THE MARKHAM ROUTE. GASP. -- and then I eat quickly, and leave as soon after 5:30 as I can to make it to Massey Hall for 7 for Iman's concert. It ends at 10, HOPEFULLY I'll get a ride home form Iman's Dad. If I do, get home at like 11. If not, get home at like 11:30. Friday, I wake up at 5:30 for Jazz band! /fail

Okay, so I've successfully kicked off my March Break in the nerdiest way possible.

Yesterday was the Science Centre, and then today was Dungeons and Dragons!

And it really did work. <3

Not gonna type stuff out, since none of you would care, but I'll type out a couple of the funniest bits...

Well, we ruined the "Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger MUSHROOM MUSHROOM!" thing. Because a few games ago, we somehow decided that 'badgers are the medieval equivalent to vibrators'. Don't ask how. I forget. So yeah, that whole song, pretty much down the drain...

Also, Ryan's character [Winter, not Lee] is named "Alessio". Meaning he ended up being called a contraceptive pizza, with a twin named D. Livery.
